BMW SERVICE AND GENERAL HELP NOT THERE

I would firstly start by saying that I am not happy with the BMW Financial Service department.
I am behind on my car payments and have been trying to sort them out over the past three months.
For some reason the debit orders BMW sends through keep getting sent back and I got a call and made arrangements to pay manually one month's outstanding balance and then BMW could debit the current months payment due which would have left me only one outstanding payment to pay up and the next months payment.
I know the account is new and as I tried to explain to Connie Vermeulen that we had to put down deposits for a new place to rent. The a week before we had to move onto the plot the owner had builders on site and compromised the premise. So I cancelled the deal and had to find a new place within five days, as the neighbor was attacked and her husband was shot during the week of us cancelling.
The deposit of R 28500.00, all i need is until the 7th June to pay all up that is outstanding. Someone help
