Im paying for a device i never received

A few months ago i ordered a Tablet from FNB over my internet banking, i did not get any communication/feedback about the orderover the next a few weeks, despite calling and enquiring, ultimately i decided to cancel the request and i was told the cancellation has gone through.

Two (or three) months ago FNB started debiting my account for this device that i dont have, I called the service centre to resolve this but i never get any communication from the department in question, and the call centre agents keep telling me something will be done. Now FNB has been curteous enough to debit my account for an additional insurance fee for this imaginery device. I need to be refunded all debited monies, have all future debits cancelled and have this device removed from by banking records
