I had a car accident on friday, 10th of May, and called FNB insurance to inform them. They got the car towed and informed me that I couldn't have a rental car because they close at 15:30!
Today, 13th of May, I've spent the whole day on the phone trying to get a car. Every person I spoke today promised to call me back and they never did. From agents to management, all I got was empty promises.
After missing a day at work and wasting my airtime, I have nothing to show for it.

I wish they would just do their jobs and provide the service I pay for.
Four days to rent a car!!
