I've just opened 2 accounts for my children at Capitec bank bayside. And WOW! CONVENIENCE! EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! EFFICIENCY literally as easy as 1, 2, 3. From beginnnig to end everything was made so easy i dont even feel like i've been to the bank..it's amazing! the consultant talked me through eveything.and even though i was stressed for time he took me through all the account particulars..I work at a financial institution and i honestly did not expect what i experienced today and even though the consultant experienced technical diffuculties he kept his cool and completed the process with ease. And to top it all off the Manager came to "welcome" me to Capitec bank! wow! what more can one ask for. I'm extremely impressed! keep it up guys!
