A security guard by the name of Ben who was working at the ATM in Rosebank - JHB on 01 May 2013 was helpful and cheerful beyond his job description. Without being intrusive as he watched while people did their banking and observed and advised those who were experiencing difficulties.

He is an exceptional man.
So often these stories are left untold. This is a good platform to do exactly that.
