Trace alert

Now i don't understand this or i'm either Stupid!!! how is it possible that a company can be in Contact with you everyday every month... and all of a sudden decide to put a trace alert under your Name???

I just had my Credit report sent to me and have noticed this Company has damaged my well managed credit score! I would like this sorted out and removed as soon as possible, rectify accordingly and notify me!

I find this unacceptable!
