Gratitude about the excellent service I recieved

Hi there,

Once again, I had an issue with my updated coversheet and immediately contaced mi way and requested to speak to Lemmy. He was busy on another call and decided to send him an email and to my suprise he responded immediately promising to call me back as soon as he finishes with the call he was busy with.

Lemmy has time for clients, he always takes time to listen to my frustrations. As alaways, he went out of his way to make me happy. I don't think i will ever leave my way as my insurer as long as Lemmy is still there. He is axactly what every client needs.
