Every step of the way FNB has messed up

My story is too long to tell in 1200 characters, so here is the just of it. I took out a loan with Wesbank in March, though there were a couple of hiccups with the online contract, I received good service from them. My husband has been nagging that I change over to FNB, so when FNB phoned at the end of March to offer me an account I accepted. I also accepted the offer of a credit card. every single step since that initial sales call has been an utter nightmare, from incompetent staff who don't know the product offerings, to computer glitches, rude delivery people, useless call centres, even to the point when I laid a formal complaint which they messed up so badly that they logged the complaint as lack of help with debit order switching -the only thing I had yet to actually experience with FNB. Finally I got somewhere & have been dealing with the sales & something manager at Killarney branch. Now anybody in the customer service industry will agree that if you have a difficult client you make sure to respond to their emails and not let them sit on the phone for 15 minutes waiting for somebody to answer, and you DO NOT make excuses for lack of communication. Why should I stay at FNB?
