Only respond to people who complain

A copy of my Court order was send more than 2 weeks a go. I allready received a clearance letter from the other ITC companies, but not from them.
The one operator told me the call was loged on the 29th of April, when I call again the other operator said that it was logged on the 30th???
However what I've picked up is that when some one compalin here on Hello Peter they respond quicker than they would have responded if you just shut your mouth.
And the people that work there is so Useless!!! they dont know @#$%.
