I am very dissapointed in virgin insurance for increasing my monthly premium with 16%, whilst the inflation is standing at 5.7%. I never claimed from you in the past three years. So you want me to pay for other clients who are high risks to your company. Also the values of my vehicles have dropped, but still, you refused to give me a discount. That is why I cancelled my insurance with you, because of bad customer relations on your side. You still need to cover me for the entire month of May, as I have allready paid you for May.
