Money, Threatening to Blacklist

Stay away from them. I clearly stated to Giovanni that they can Take the R290 when they give me some results.

I got a straight decline from them, no proof of services rendered nothing. So I reversed the R290 from my bank.

Now tonight I get a sms stating that if I do not give them the money by tomorrow end of day they will blacklist me.

You cannot just threaten a person to blacklist first of all. Secondly I have no proof of service rendered and third I clearly stated I want to see results for the services rendered.

I will take this up tomorrow first thing with my lawyer, the NCR and take this further.

This is not the way we do business in South Africa. I did not agree to your terms of Sale. I will not give someone permission to my money and this is exactly the case
