Bitterly Dissapointed in FNB :-(

To keep it sweet and short: On 29 April 2013 I discovered that my Credit Card Account was deleted from FNB's system without me requesting this to be done. After three phone calls to three different people, the account was re-instated. Not that it helped much, because each Credit Card transaction thereafter failed with a technical error. On 02 May 2013 I phoned again to report the problem. They decided to issue a new credit card.

On 06 May 2013 when I logged into my internet banking, I saw that a person is linked to MY Credit Card Account with his own Credit Card and Petro Card that I don't know - a faceless stranger! I am not supposed to have any linked credit cards to my account. This is very disturbing - especially after recent events. The call centre operator's reaction? "It happens"! The call centre advised me to send a mail to fnbcard@fnb to get this resolved. It has been more than 24 hours, no feedback, with a stranger still linked to my credit card.

This needs to be sorted out soon. I am so dissapointed in FNB. I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years and never excepted this kind of service from them.
