Call Centre Unreachable the whole Day

Hi there, i am a regular customer with Indwe and would like to just log an incident with them, my policy number is 00045926 and just had an accident on Saturday and just wanted to log a call but kept waiting for the Call Centre, i eventually went in but got told i will forwarded to Websure but still could not manage to go in, Why are we paying when we need them they are not there, then after 14h00 their phone stays engaged (0860131314). Someone help me please
