Our car was driven without permission by a family member who got into an accident with it to the tune of R53'000.00 it was thus not covered by our insurance in this case. After a long 5 months of no car because the family member tried taking short cuts to have it repaired Jason took the matter over and got our insurer to have the car repaired and has arranged for us to do a payment plan back to them. It has been so stressful but thank you Jason for coming through for us as we would have been stuck paying off a car we couldn't drive. Big sigh of relief and this is not the 1st time Roxsure has gone above and beyond and we still pay less than what other insurances have quoted without a broker.
