Absa lack of communication

I received a notification from Absa saying R597 for NAEDO TRACK INTL has been deducted from my Savings account - a payment I did not authorize nor do I know what it is for. The call center lines are always busy and I have given up trying to contact them. Can someone please explain what the deduction is for?
