Great service

I am amazed indeed in how some people do keep the standard of customer servicing at a high level. I went into the bank on Saturday before 1:00 pm and was assisted by a lady who was smiling all the way to her office. Even when I got in there I felt like I was home. the doors closed and I was the only customer left in the bank and still the consultant was proffesional and never rushed me (wow). I would like to let you know that you have a consultant who really goes the extra mile in helping and offering outstanding customer servicing. Please pass this on to the manager of the consultant who helped me and also to let her know that she is appreciated by myself. To top it all I got my query resolved today and got a courtesy call there after *all smiles* even though there is some details which i requested there afte
