I have been a policy holder for over a year for my cat. After numerous calls and a year of membership i have yet to receive my membership card. I recently took my cat to have her eyes examined at the JHB animal eye hospital and she was diagnosed with cataracts. I had to pay for the consultation etc. out of my pocket (as i had no membership card). When I sent the claim through to One Pet I was not helped at all (my first ever claim!). I phoned and made sure I had sent the correct papers etc. and was simply told the claims take a few days. It has been 2 months since and I have still not received any type of payment nor has anyone contacted me via email etc.
I have now requested that my subscription be cancelled as its obvious I will get no help for the operation my cat has to have now.
But i dont believe my account will be cancelled either. That is how poor the service is.
