First National Bank
FNB have been absolutely useless!!

I have had an account with FNB for over 10yrs. I am a foreigner and am waiting for a renewal of my South African visa. In the mean time FNB will not give me my new card I have no access to my account with MY money! And to make matters worse they will not even print off statements for me!!! This is not how you treat your paying clients! What happened to costumer service? The attitude I received from management was shocking! This hasn't been my first problem with them I have had many issues with them of which funny enough Standard Bank has managed to sort out with big smiles on their faces. FNB has been so been so unhelpful and rude! Standard bank has been amazing, thank you standard bank!!!
