Shocking service, after 40 years!

I had the horrific experience of being hijacked at around 12:00 yesterday, in la Mercy. Being 67 years of age, this was an absolute shock. My personal belongings wer also taken. (cell, watch, jewellery) Bystanders assisted with making calls to the relevant people. My son immediately logged a call and e mail to Alexander Forbes. My policy has been with you for the last 40 years. I have always experienced exceptional service, and expected nothing less. Sadly, after the intial call, and my subsequent call around 2pm, I spoke to Lea Ann who took charge and assured me I will be assisted. There were follow up calls to Philemon, Tiny and Ntambose. Ntambose, confirmed she is busy with the car, and it takes up to 4 hours. Lea ann called back to establish what has happened, she confirmed that she will chase up the courtesy car, as 4 hours was not acceptable. That was around 4pm, and no one has since reverted. I am now without a vehicle, and after years of service, feel abondaned at the most critical time. The assistant service, confirmed that there is nothing that they can do. Is this the type of service, that Alexander Forbes, delivers, when their clients most need them?
