I submitted a claim with Miway and have been very happy with your insurance. However now that I need to claim Im getting the run around. I worked for McCarthy from 2006 until October 2010 and was covered by their insurance for that time. I went onto my own insurance with Quicksure once I left them. Now I need to call Mccarthy and get a NCP or something this is pathetic its a R15K claim now Im starting to think what if I had a write off of a car this is the run around I get? Youve had no problem taking my money or activating the insurance then you should have done this in the beginning. I want this claim sorted out immediately as Im starting to think I made the wrong choice with an insurance company and was convined to stay with you by your employee Ricardo Zaal when Virgin gave me a better deal then you. I dont have the time for this you take my money pay my claim!
