When i originally signed up for a IPAD 3 last year my order was a complete mess, i waited a few weeks and only after i complained several times i recieved a device which was not the one that i had originally ordered) so it cost me quite a bit more every month due to FNBs mistake. I settled this amount in full today (at the original price value) as i would liek to order the samsung galaxy S4. The service i recieved was great but when i called in to place an order for the S4 i was told that i need to wait 7days before i can order another smart device. What is the need for the 7day freeze period if the outstanding amount is settled?
