I requested a settlement amount and settled my account on Monday. I sent proof of payment to RCS on the email address stipulated. My account was in credit. My instalment still went of today. The Manager is so condescending not once listening to the important fact - and so condescending stating that he understands that I cannot feed my baby this weekend - this is highly doubtful. Not once did he try and assist me. Kept on hammering on the fact that the money was taken from my account yesterday. The money was taken today and he just kept on insisting that it was yesterday not even trying to listen to me. Not even trying to find a workable solution! Now I have to give proof of my bank account details etc before a refund can be done next THURSDAY! I have NO money in my account. I am a single mother with a child that I need to buy food and milk for this weekend. You are taking the food out of my baby's mouth! What you do to people is shameful to say the least. Your are heartless! Always after money even after my account is in credit and now I have to wait a week before I can buy food because of YOUR mistakes and bad admin! The decent thing to do is to refund me today immediately!
