Pathetic service

I tookout a loan with Wonga & on the date we agreed on they debited my account and I received a confirmation sms that they have collected the money. After 7days I tried to log on to their website & apply but it still showed that owed them money, phoned their call centre & hold on for more than 10min (attempted twice) without an answer and worse part they giving you ann option to request an agent to call u back but it never happens. This is pathetic wonga needs to update their system & provide us clients with good customer service.
