I bought an home and got an loan from FNB they had to get insurance on the home when I received an copy I seen that there are an mistake as the wrong house was insured I have told Outsurance and FNB that is was an fault this mean should anything happen to the property FNB would not get any money I do not know why we must pay for services not deliver I must pay FNB an fee of R 5 700.00 when the bond was register but I must do their work for them Outsurance must be paid an premium for work not done
