Account frozen and repetitively charged large fees

It is now the 5th time in 6 months our business account have been frozen due to what ABSA calls"non-compliant fica".
However the fica compliant documents have been sent to ABSA Nelspruit branch 4 times and hand delivered a further 3 times. We even got proof of receipt. As I am based in Gauteng and my partner in Nelspruit ABSA also insist that I deliver the documents personally in Nelspruit at a cost of R1000 a time. Apart from loss of income due to time spent driving to Nelspruit from Gauteng, two occasions when an appointment was not honoured although made two days in advance.
On top of the above every time the account is frozen we are charged with "admin" fees to have the problem corrected, again this is over and above the normal fees and also an "overdraft fee" on a monthly basis while we have never had an overdraft facility.
Monthly fees range from R360 to R650 per month on an average of less than 10 transactions per month.
So if you want your bank to bankrupt you go to ABSA or do as I did, go to another bank for better service at a fraction of the cost.
