No service then debited

Whilst checking online at different financial options last week i discovered the loanfinder sa site. the service is free it said. i filled in my details and i was told i am accepted then i logged in and was told african bank would call me as they were processing a loan for me. i do not have debt and thats apparently a bad thing but i work and i get money in the bank. i did not get a phonecall from african bank and i then applied to a few places myself and i was declined because i have a low credit rating due to not having accounts with debt. i now got debited for r350 for i'm not even sure what. and they so kwai they check when you get paid and then they debit at that time. i thought i was okaying for the loan place to take repayments when i said its ok to debit my account. i now read the cash is for legal services and a credit report - none of which i have received and none of which i wish to receive. i want this service cancelled and i want my money back as no loan service was given and i dont want report.cooling off period according to consumer act is 30 days and i havent used this service so i want my money back.
