Over charged

I made a loan with SAMultiloan 2 loans the other one was R6000 and the other one R3000 and i was paying them though in arrears but today i get an sms saying they are going to garnish me and the amount for R3000 is now 11528.48 Ref no: ND15614762 I just dont understand how it got to be this much and the one for R6000 is now R13463.55 Ref no: ND15614763 i just dont understand why is it so much money now that i owe them.
