I Would like to clarify something, each time we go to North Cape Mall Sheet Street in Kimberley, and we want to do laybys we are being given attitude and told that the system is offline, I would just like to find out if your laybys system is maybe problematic that whenever one needs to layby something you get long faces and attitude, is it even wrong to layby? One is even afraid to ask the staff there, when you are carrying staff you need to put on layby even before you can go to the till, they will ask you if you are paying cash or layby and if you respond by saying layby they start giving you attitude and say its off line. Your response in this regard will be highly appreciated.
