Worst nightmare ever. I have been to the same hairdresser before at Longbeach Mall and was happy with her that is why I went back. I took pics with asking that I have golden highlights and my hair turned out purple! The lights are extremely dim in the salon and I wasn't wearing my glasses. The hair stylist was half an hour late (she did apologise) and when I went in to complain the next day with many tears, she wasn't in and the receptionist (Phoebe) said they would give me a free new hairdo, she even came outside the salon into the bright light to take photos of my hair, and said 'Your hair is purple'. The hairdresser (Sherene-Longbeach Mall) called me back around 5pm to say she misunderstood and thought I wanted auburn highlights!!! SO DISAPPOINTING especially after I went to the trouble of printing pictures from Pinterest to show her what I wanted and she knows I have very weak frail hair and now it is even weaker. I am an emotional wreck thanks to Carlton Hair. All she could offer was I am sorry, I misunderstood you!!! REALLY!
