Jewellery ordered from Honey

I ordered different pieces of Honey jewellery on 21 September. I told them that I need it on the latest on the morning of 5 October. They told me that it takes about a week to deliver. On 28 September I went to the consultant to find out how much longer I have to wait for my order. They promised that it would receive it on Monday 2 October. On 2 October they told me that you sent my parcel on the "wrong line". On Tuesday they told me that it wold be there on Wednesday. Wednesday they told me that it would be there only on Friday October 6, after 16:00. That was too late!!! They contacted me by Friday 6 October in the afternoon and informed me that my order arrive, but only one piece, because the others were sold out! Is this how Honey operates?
