Customer service - Lack of delivery

Against my better judgement as I was warned off Groupon by a friend who waited 3 months for delivery of a duvet!! I purchased a few items through Groupon and I have had nothing but numerous problems!! I can assure you that I will not be purchasing from you again.

However the latest on the list is the Zando vouchers - I purchased 2 of them on the 25/02/2013 to be emailed when the deal closed, which was over a week ago??? I have phoned twice to enquire, Friday I was promised that they would be emailed by close of business on Friday... NOTHING. I called again on Monday and was told that it would be resolved by 14h00 on Monday afternoon and of course... NOTHING.

Your customer service is nothing short of disgusting and you clearly have no regard for the CPA!
