Hello, I bought vouchers for Hands on Retreat and would like a refund please because when phoning to make a booking shortly after receiving my vouchers Ross at Hands on Retreat informed me that they don't have anytime on a Saturday available before 30 March 2012. It just seems impossible to me that they were booked out so quickly and more as if they don't wish to accomodate anyone who has paid a discounted fee. My wife and I can't go during the week obviously as we both work full day. Kindly refund me the amount paid. Thanks very much Bennie
