Refund due, but no payment in over 1month!

I purchased the deal: "Cape Winelands: One or Two Night Stay for Two, incl. breakfast and wine tasting at 5* Webersburg: [URL Removed] on the 06.12.2012.

07.12.2012 I emailed and phoned Groupon to cancel the order.

11.12.2012 I got an email from 'Shana' saying: " We hereby acknowledge your request and will escalate it to our Refunds Department. Summary of request: No longer able to make use of voucher | User ID: 56010787 | Billing ID: 132967788"

14.12.2012 I emailed to enquire what was happening - NO RESPONSE

02.01.2013 got an email from 'Nerice Heyburgh' saying: "Please advise if your query has been attended to..." - I replied saying NO.

04.01.2013 I emailed to enquire what was happening - NO RESPONSE

09.01.2013 | 07h51 - I emailed again.
> 'Nerice Heyburgh' replied at 10h37 with: "Please be advised that this voucher has been redeemed on the 12.12.2012. Please advise the reason this voucher has been redeemed".
> 10h47 - I immediately replied saying I had not redeemed the voucher.
> 14h02 - 'Nerice Heyburgh' replied: "However the amount of R1150 has been refunded back to your credit card..."

Awaiting a clear response...!
