No delivery however deposit paid over a week

Hi My name is Kershnie Simmathiri I was happy and signed on a deal with lewis everything went through fine, they promised me once I paid the deposit I will get same day delivery, also the advertisement says same day delivery. I paid the deposit on the 15th of April 2022 and until today no delivery I called the store manager today while speaking to him he put the phone down on me, as yesterday he promised that today the 24 March 2022 my item will be delivered. I feel like they scammed me to pay the deposit.
