Bad Customer Service for the second time!!!

I ordered headphones from their online special. They delivered my order after 2 to 3 weeks. When I opened it, it was not the same item I ordered online. I called them to do a refund and the lady by the name of Desani logged a call for me and told me that they were going to fetch the item within a period of 5days.

5days passed and I decided to call them today and the very same lady took my call and didn't want to tell me when they were going to fetch the item then she put me on hold for OVER 20mins! I put down the phone and called again and went through to a different lady who then told me that she was going to arrange for the item to be collected by there was no trace of what the first lady did. When I asked her when it was going to be collected, she just told me that in the next 4days. When I asked her why they were not speeding up the process as they've already wasted time she said she didn't wanna promise. I asked to speak to the manager and she also put me on hold!!

THIS COMPANY IS BAD WHEN COMING TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AS THIS IS MY SECOND COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM AND THEY DON'T EVEN CARE!!!
