I bought an item from Group on before Christmas (end November) and after it arrived - just before Christmas and it was broken. i made them aware and that it was gift and that if i could not get a replacement i would rather have a refund. it is now a month later and i keep getting the standard reply that they are trying to get the replacement but i now no longer want the unit- mirrored jewellery cabinet. i have now had replies from 7 consultant all with a standard reply to replace the item. i have followed the policy (returns) to the letter and still no joy...
