NO RESPONSE SINCE NOVEMBER!!!

We ordered a gift online, and they sent the wrong colour. We sent them an e-mail in November. We got a message saying that they were experiencing high volumes of e-mails and calls and would attend to our query in due time. We then decided to wait. It is now January and I have sent two e-mails this month, both with no responses. Their automated system says that they will contact / respond within 24 hours. Yet NOTHING!
