Very UrgentI am now completely fedup with Groupon customer service and your your pathetic delivery service. You truly have branded yourselves to over promise and under deliver. I am still waiting for a double bunk. Groupon code: 0010210CDS Security code: 4743EE3D94REF: 29849360... I am now fed up with your rediculous behavior. If I could close down your company with one swipe to prevent others being treated this badly I would have done it. Your service is an absolute disgrace to human society and companies out there. You have no clue what Client Service is all about. Get your act together and deliver my double bunk which I have paid for now. I dont have time to follow up and send emails every flippen day. I have a company I run as well. I await your reply in anticipation. Do not tell me you will escalate this and I have to wait another 72hours for feedback. Bottomline this order is 14days overdue already. You are reaping the interest benefits of having my funds and yet I need to undergo extra expenses to follow up on this every time. You should be ashamed of your poor delivery and customer service. Where must my visitors sleep if there is no sleeping bunk for crying out load.
