Hazlo Faux Leather Bed Base not even delivered yet

We bought a Hazlo Faux Leather Bed Base in the espresso brown color Groupon code: 0010105YAD, at groupon they promised delivery within 2 weeks, well 2 weeks elapsed on 4 Dec 2013 and we are still awaiting our bed, we have enquired more than a few times on the status on the bed the promised it to be there 4 Dec i took a days unpaid leave to make sure that i am home and they did not pitch, their excuse is we are looking into the matter and will get back to you for the passed enquiries we have made.

This is completely unacceptable we are getting married on this Sunday 15 Dec and we don't have a bed, its really emotionally unacceptable, i doubt ill ever buy anything other than a meal voucher or perhaps massage voucher that's not worth as much as the base bed we bought.

I hope this matter will be resolved swiftly.
