I ordered a bracelet in June as a little extra gift for my wife on our wedding anniversary last week.
Upon opening it, she immediately noticed that one of the Swarovski elements was missing.

Because of the amount of time that has elapsed since the purchase, and my failure to properly inspect it at that time, I didn't expect OneDayOnly to do anything about it, but contacted them anyway today at 09:36, hoping at least to be able to obtain an element to repair the bracelet. At 09:41, a full 5 minutes later, I received a response from Matthew where he apologized for the faulty unit and offered to send a replacement as well as a necklace pendant as an apology.

Once again, I have been amazed by the level of service offered by OneDayOnly!
