GROUPON - WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED

On the 10th of December I purchased 1 x Air O SPACE sofa bed. Expected delivery came and went. 30th January I am still waiting. My belief is that if Groupon advertise a deal they should have stocks available to deliver timeously. The service desk cannot give me any idea of when I may get my purchase. Obviously, my money is safely in their hands gaining interest while I wait and wait and wait for delivery. Suffice to say, I will not be purchasing anything via Groupon again.
