BAD SERIVE!!!

I have been trying for the past 3 weeks to get hold of Izelle, but her colleagues always say she out of office or busy and nobody bothers to return my calls.
I am very disappointed in your services and actually very glad I didn't sign up with you when we went to your office last year January seeing that this is the treatment I'm getting. I was promised a gift holiday and was hoping u are going to honour that gift. I have sent thru all my details and would have liked to go to Mount Sierra if u interested in satisfying me as a future customer.

I have faxed, emailed, called but no response.

Pathetic service and company.
