I must say, has a regular Groupon user, my experience with Groupon has been quite positive in the past.

However, on the 29/08/13 I wrote to their Customer Services requesting information regarding a product I was interested in purchasing, whether or not it would work with me (due to its technical specifications) the refund policies (since the product might not work with me), and where I may purchase its refill cartridges, The deal had 48 hours left before it expired, so I naively believed it would be enough time to get feedback and acquire the product, if the feedback was positive.

On the 02/09/13 I finally received a reply (after the product's deal had expired). As if that was not bad enough, all I received in reply to all my questions was a link to a German/Netherlands based website where I may purchase the cartridges from. No answer regarding of whether or not the product would work with me, no answers regarding the refund policy question, and to be quite frank I was hoping to get a SA based store to buy the refills.

Lets face it: If I was willing to buy the cartridges overseas, I would also buy the product from there, which would end up much cheaper than Groupon's deal!
