No Delivery of goods

My wife bought us the Memory foam pillows in mid November last year, and delivery was promised on the 18th of December. It is now more than 2 months later and we still haven't received our order. Multiple cases have been logged via e-mail. An auto response tells me that they are looking into it, and gives me a ref no (#662327). A few hours later i log onto their website to track the case, and find that it has been resolved. This has happened 4 times in the last 2 weeks. Calls to their call center takes 20 minutes to be answered, and the call center agents seem to know less than me. From bankrupt suppliers and couriers to out of stock answers. I've heard it all. Now looking at complaints on this site, it seems that the customers who did receive the goods, are complaining about the quality. Chip foam instead of memory foam and broken messagers. I am appalled by the blatant disregard that Groupon have for their customers.

This is what i would like to know:

1. An exact date of when my product will arrive
2. Will it be the same quality as advertised? If no then...
3. When can i expect a refund?

My next step will be to log a case of with the police.
