Begging for a refund since January

Firstly, I am 44 years old and I have NEVER been moved to use a site like this before, but I have been pushed to the limit by this Company and I hope this serves as a warning for other consumers.
I ordered a 'trunk genie' early in December, intended for a Christmas gift - it arrived in late January. I opened it and immediately the zip broke, so then I sent an email... and another... and another... and called... and sent another mail... and ranted and raved, then repeated the cycle... It is now June and I still have no refund!!!
I am appalled at how badly customers are treated.
