Debit order without agreement

I have noticed that there is debit order running on my account, and i called fnb and they gave me the numbers for stratcol which is deducting from my account, Stratcol gave me numbers for Ocean solutions, which i dont know what they sell or what they are all abt, but they started last month May to take money from my account, a sum of R99.99, they told me they are going to investigate, what are they investigating cos i have not signed any agreement with them, i have no idea who are they and what they do, i expect my money for 2 months to be refunded cos i don owe them anything, unless they are, how come they know my account number and i have not given it to them... Beware of this Frausters...
