Still the worst result and regret

Its been 3 months since i have een for my brazillian, complaints, sms send to kim an still i am so unhappy and regret setting foot there. The damage that was done to my hair is beyond repair, brazillian didnt even last 4 days, product obviously not great an that i have heard from numerous hairdressers after treatment and thus the reason they dont se it anymore. And all i get from kim is take it up with groupon, well that does not help me i want you to take responsibility after doing the treatment it was u after all not groupon they just sell your services. I nee to get my hair repaired asap. Kim its a pitty that you give hairdressing a bad name and you arent even a hairdresser yourself, now all their businesses suffer the professionals whom studied for this specific profession and you ride the wave doing damage and not taking responsibility and thus clients like me will never go ever again for a brazillian anywhere
