Closing times

I was at the Bela Bela town clinic on January 12, 2024, and it was 18:00. The clinic was closed, even though it was not closing time yet. The trading time indicates that it should be open until 19:00. The staff was still roaming around while we were waiting outside. They were just passing by, watching us outside as if there was no one out there. They didn't even bother to say something to us. There was no notice explaining why they closed early. It seemed like they didn't care about the patients. I waited there until 19:00, but I left without getting help because they had locked themselves inside. Their service is poor.
