Airport Viewing Deck disgusting

This used to be a family favourite of ours, to go and watch the planes take of when saying goodbye to visitors. I was there on Saturday with my daughter and the viewing deck is disgusting. Apart from signage only halfway to the deck, with us knowing where to go we arrived to the site of ripped and disgustingly dirty carpets, chicken bones, fruit, sweet papers, filthy windows etc etc. It was absolutely horrid and after the millions spent to make the airport world class it appears that the part for the locals has been not only forgotten seriously neglected.
