Horrible weekend away

What a waste of R5240!!! My friends and I booked at the above mentioned place for the easter long weekend, and tjoooooo how horrible the place was!!! First we got bad service from some old lady with regards to the bookings, then when we got there the place looked like a hostel with dog blankets! there was a once off supply of 0.005mm thin toilet paper and dish washing liquid in the size of a sample shampoo bottle! The welcome at reception the following morning was cold and very unfriendly, the pool was raided by the resident's dogs instead of the guests!!! It felt more like a weekend in jail, never been there but that's how we were treated! Is there a board of some sorts where we can report these people?? Hygiene is also not their thing
